DMR Repeater Testing At Groenekloof

Shaun moved the DMR repeater to Groenekloof for testing. The city centre is shielded from the Windy Hill tower, and the uhf signals were not good there. First impressions are that signals in Pmb are now stronger from Groenekloof. More testing is required.
